The Independent Commission against Corruption held a conference, yesterday, aimed at youth. A target audience specifically chosen because corruption has yet to subside. And, as with bribery and other fraudulent acts, depends on public’s perception of certain situations and acts.
The event was held at the Octave Wiehe auditorium, in Moka.
