JCI Curepipe in collaboration with We Empower and Mauritius Business Network invites you to participate in the upcoming Youth Mentoring Programme that shall last from June to December 2021. The Youth Mentoring Programme is an initiative to bridge the gap between the academic and professional world. The project is a very first one in Mauritius and is being ran as a pilot with a target of fifty mentors and mentees.
The COVID-19 pandemic is having an unprecedented effect on youth nationwide, with social distancing sometimes having an isolating effect on young people who did not get to close out their university year as intended. Even with support from family and distant learning initiatives, the uncertainty of a global health crisis can and will build pent-up anxiety for many young people.
