The United Kingdom is looking to “revitalise” the Commonwealth, the High Commissioner Keith Allan reckons. The organisation needs to be more relevant to today’s world and challenges, he contends, “especially to the younger people”.

The young generation will be a particular focus of this Summit, whose general topic is “Toward a common future”.

The UK High Commissioner held a reception on the 12th of April at his residence to bid farewell to the Mauritian delegation, and stress the need for all countries to come together.
