Ocorian, a company offering investment, corporate and private client services in the financial sector, has organized its first forum of the year, during which the private and public sector met to discuss how Mauritius could progress as an international financial centre. This forum aims at improving talks between the international and local community, stated Richard Arlove, Regional CEO of Africa, Middle East and Asia during his opening address.

Stuart Layzell considers it is necessary to create a network between the private and public sector and also notes that Mauritius has all the ingredients for success for boosting its financial sector.
