MR BADAIN HAS ALREADY CREATED A MESS.
HE MENTIONED NAMES OF MANY PEOPLE BUT WE DO NOT HAVE THEIR RESPECTIVE OPINION;
HE ALWAYS DOES A ONE MAN SHOW AND IS ALWAYS ONE SIDED ISSUE.
NOBODY BELIEVES AND TRUSTS THIS GOVT WAY OF DOING THINGS.
Mr Bhadain, For your information, I am a client of BAML having invested less than rs500k. I had filled the forms but been misled by one of the employees there in filling the forms. The employee told us that we should write down 100% amount of our invested capital in the form and NPF would then calculate the deduction of 15% and 20% in the amount written in the forms. Because of this employee(even through the forms have been checked by two or three employees!!!) , i hv not received yet a single cent of my investment. Not seeing any refund in my bank acccount, i IMMEDIATELY contacted BAML and i was told the error on my forms. In the FIRST WEEK of aug, i went to BAML to fill new forms. we are now 25 SEPT 2015, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY 85% INVESTMENT BACK!! I AM STILL WAITING. And for your information, many BAML clients have got the same issue as me.

The Minister has explained that Investmentors in Bramer Asset will be paid only up to 80% as these were investments and not Insurance. An insurance repayment has priority over all other payments. Very good. However, the Minister goes on to say that the S 63 of the Insurance Act is protecting Super cash back Gold (as it appears that it was an insurance). This is where he is wrong. Super Cash back Gold was never an insurance in substance. It was disguised as an insurance. When you take a genuine insurance policy, you pay a SMALL premium every month and the Insurance company takes a BIG risk to insure your life (because you may end up paying Rs 5,000 for the first month and you die and the insurance company may have to pay you Rs 1,000,000). In super cash back gold, the insurance company was taking a very BIG SUM upfront (i.e., at the beginning of the insurance itself)- thus having very little to lose in case the client died. Again, the primary motivation of the client was to earn HUGE (very big) interest payments and again, rather than to insure his life against the risk of death. Super Cash Back Gold was thus, definitely, not an insurance. Nonetheless, government is proceeding with full repayment to Super Cash Back holders (effectively greedy people who wanted to get high interest). The government is being too nice to Super Cash Back Gold holders. They should never have been paid 100% .
