Samsung, which actually accounts 180 official retailers in Mauritius, named its new official distributor during a cocktail organized at La Cannelle, Domaine les Pailles.

The new distributor, HV International Ltd, who is already operational through its local subsidiary AURS & Co. Ltd, will allow Samsung to widen its distribution strategy and thus to reach more retailers across the island.

“This new initiative will allow us to get even closer to our customers. Our partnership with HV reflects our vision of expanding on the local market,” said Pamela Bhuruth-Ragoonathsing. She is Retail & Marketing Manager of Samsung Indian Ocean.

“Samsung wants to offer an international quality service,” she added. “Hence, the strategy of Samsung this year is to strengthen and to spread its market share.”

Samsung, one of the best technological companies worldwide, confirms its leadership position on the market and in the Indian Ocean region. The brand wants to increase its presence on the island and in the region.

“This allows us to meet the needs of our customers, in an even more proactive way. Samsung positions itself as being the reference in terms of service, choice and quality of products available on the market,” said Pamela Bhuruth-Ragoonathsing. “So, HV will have all the support of the Korean giant.”
