NanoBNK CEO Jessen Valaythen says that the company, as well as Anglo African Investments, take pride in being nominated for the ICAEW Finance for the Future 2018 Awards alongside international players like HSBC, Salesforce and Coca-Cola. Beside competing with world-class groups, Valaythen says that “being recognised internationally in the financial inclusion field” is already an achievement.

Mauritian Anglo African Investments and its subsidiary NanoBNK are respectively nominated for the “Embedding an integrated approach Award” and the “Innovative Project Award”. The award ceremony will take place in London, this October 16th.

The Finance for the Future Awards were developed in 2002 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and The Prince’s Accounting for Sustainability Project (A4S) under the patronage of Prince Charles. The 24-member judging panel for the 2018 Awards comprises CEOs of international players like VEOLIA and Wates group as well as academics and senior executives from ICAEW.
