BlueLife Ltd, one of the biggest player on the real estate sector in Mauritius has shine during the African Property Awards 2014-2015.

During the gala evening which was held in Dubai at the beginning of December 2014, BlueLife Ltd took the highest step of the podium in three categories, namely ‘Apartment’, ‘Residential Development for Mauritius’ and ‘Architecture Multiple Residence’.

The integrated Azuri village of BlueLife was for its part rewarded in the category ‘Best in Africa for the Prestigious Architecture Multiple Residence.’

This competition, which saw the participation of 13 countries of Africa, celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry where the International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.

The BlueLife Ltd team praised the good performance of the company during this competition.

“There was more than a thousand participants and the performance of BlueLife Ltd was remarkable, especially when three of the four prizes received were with a five stars distinction,” said Commercial and Marketing Director of Bluelife Limited, Damian Hamp-Adams.

“The prize captured by Azuri in the category ‘Best in Africa for the Prestigious Architecture Multiple Residence’ is also a very beautiful reward for all the team,” he said.

“We are more than satisfied and we want to dedicate these awards to the members of our team and to our partners” he concluded.

Besides, dDuring the gala evening, every outstanding performance which came out with a five stars distinction were nominated for the International Property Awards on 2014-2015, where the winners were revealed during the same event.

Finally, according to the President of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shield the level of excellence and innovation in the real estate industry continue to increase year by year and it is becoming more and more difficult to win one of these awards, and this add more value to the competition.
